LOVE & HATRED is happy to credit (excluding any shipping charges) for exchange only if returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. The return will be assessed for approval by our Master Jewellers unless the item is not of merchantable quality. If approved a credit would be made to the purchaser, upon request, only if payment has been received in-full by LOVE & HATRED. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a non-refundable merchandise credit only if returned in saleable condition which will be assessed for approval by our Master Jewellers.
