SHIPPING POLICY

National Orders

All Australian orders receive complimentary express shipping. 

Orders will be dispatched using AUSPOST.
Delivery with the tracking number that is sent to you via email upon shipping.

We do not ship on weekends, New South Wales or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business week. Domestic orders should be received within 1–4 business days for metropolitan areas from the date of shipping & 3–5 business days for rural areas from the date of shipping.

For Australian domestic orders please leave your phone number at check out. AUSTPOST will contact you via text and email with tracking information.

International Orders

Orders will be dispatched using DHL Delivery from our Byron Bay headquarters. Standard International Shipping is delivered within 3 - 10 business days from the date of shipping. International delivery costs vary depending on region and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Import taxes are unfortunately not our responsibility. Please find out this information before your order, because we cannot return orders based on unexpected taxations from your country. We do not ship on weekends, New South Wales or Australian National public holidays. All International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, DHL will contact you via both email and phone.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as LOVE & HATRED cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such LOVE & HATRED will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are provided. LOVE & HATRED shall use all reasonable endeavors to expedite a delivery, however you agree that LOVE & HATRED is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage, however it arises, if the products are not delivered within 4 weeks due to delays caused by Australia Post and its affiliates in the designated country. Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. A card will be left and you are responsible for organising collection from the address identified on the card if delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present.
